A Nordic-inspired bungalow, created in collaboration with ARRCC, graces Clifton’s Fourth Beach. The bungalow, finished in the contrasting black Rheinzink and Ipe timber, stands out as a unique architectural interpretation within the coastal bungalow area.

Drawing inspiration from Nordic design principles, it seamlessly integrates with the coastal environment, offering a minimalist and visually captivating retreat equally as breathtaking as its surroundings.
