This renovation project located in the prestigious suburb of Fresnaye, Cape Town, breathes new life into an existing residence from the late 1980’s. The design integrates modern materials such as concrete and steel, with large glass expanses to optimise on views of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean. A key feature of the design is the addition of a luxurious penthouse bedroom suite to maximise on the sweeping views.
